The hotel has friendly and helpful staff, including their manager. Its location is excellent, right next to all the main attractions, streets, museums, cafes.

Excellent design , customer service and efficiency. Very stylish and sophisticated. Centrally located , with all the facilities you need for a perfect break.

This is a superb centrally located Hotel and is really calm and peaceful with excellent service in the lounge and restaurant. And when we arrived thy gave us a free upgrade to a De-luxe room overlooking a quiet courtyard.

Sadly, like many Italian establishments they don't have a clue about the sacrosanct necessity of boiling the water to make the tea, for their English guests. They only provided tepid water and we missed enjoying a good English cuppa.

I recently stayed at Allegroitalia in Turin for a short business trip. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the receptionist who went above and beyond to assist me. The room was comfortable and well-furnished, and I even received a complimentary upgrade. The hotel also offered convenient underground parking and there were plenty of public parking options nearby. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

I can't say I was that impressed by the hotel. The room was fairly small and we weren't even allowed to do a later check out for not even 1 hour. So, overall I would say it was pretty avarage probably because of the fact that they were so busy - which shouldn't be the case in this kind of hotels

During our stay at Allegroitalia, we had an exceptional experience. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore the city and its attractions. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and provided all the comfort we needed. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options. The standout moment was when I accidentally left my phone in the taxi that took us to the airport. The receptionist went above and beyond to help me retrieve my phone by contacting the taxi driver. I am grateful for their assistance and the honesty of the taxi driver. This level of service and care truly impressed me. If we ever return to this city, we will definitely choose to stay at Allegroitalia again. I highly recommend it to everyone. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

I recommend every one want to stay in torino stay in Golden Palace :luxury,comfortable,cleaned,positive,helpful staff&friendly,price is suitable also ac was not that good but when you complain they right away fix it and follow you to make sure it is working good&and it is for the rest of my stay.
